Skill development plays a pivotal role in shaping the careers of MBA students, equipping them with the practical abilities necessary to excel in the present competitive business landscape. For students specialising in Finance, HR, Marketing and Business Analytics, acquiring relevant skills goes beyond theoretical knowledge. Internships serve as a crucial bridge between academic learning and professional experience. The Training and Placement Cell organised a comprehensive skill development and internship opportunity seminar in collaboration with Inverse LLP on 01st and 02nd April 2026.
The Inverse team provided students with firsthand exposure to industry practices, enabling them to apply classroom concepts in live environments. They explained how Finance students, can gain insights into financial analysis, risk management and investment strategies. Similarly, how the HR aspirants could gain experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement and organisational behaviour utilising the internship oppurtunities in the practical scenarios. They also demonstrated with real-world situations how marketing students can delve into market research, brand management, digital campaigns, while Business Analytics students can enhance their data interpretation and decision-making skills.
Approximately 120 MBA students participated in the two-day seminar featuring expert presentations, interactive workshops and networking opportunities. Participants understood market demands and refined professional competencies in the fast-evolving corporate world.
