"Aarambh", the beginning of a college induction program, would invoke blessings for success and remove obstacles for the newly joined students. Every year, the Management club - Anushasan hosts Aarambh — a comprehensive, week-long orientation program designed for both MBA and MCA colleges, to warmly welcome and seamlessly integrate the students into the academic and cultural fabric of the institution. Continuing the tradition, this year Aarambh 2025 was held from 13th October to 18th October, 2025, with a thoughtful, curated agenda aimed at acquainting new students with the ethos, facilities and opportunities of the institution.
The program commenced with an insightful introduction to the vision, mission and academic practices of the institution. Students were formally introduced to the faculty members across departments, enabling them to familiarise themselves with their mentors and guides. This interaction is planned to set a positive tone for their academic journey, encouraging students to engage actively and confidently with their faculty and the Institution.
Aarambh 2025 framework starts with dedicated sessions on communication, time management, leadership and critical thinking to equip students with the essential life skills. To enrich the experience, the program featured interactive sessions with industry experts and professionals to provide students with valuable insights into current industry trends, expectations and career opportunities, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications.
Physical well-being is a cornerstone of holistic education; the orientation incorporates sessions on physical fitness and yoga, emphasising maintenance of a healthy lifestyle with academic pursuits. Students are guided by the certified trainers through yoga practices and fitness routines tailored to enhance flexibility, concentration and stress management.
Aarambh 2025 offered a rich array of intellectual and literary activities, with debates and essay-writing competitions conducted to stimulate critical analysis and articulate expressions. Business and IT quizzes were organised to sharpen the knowledge of students in management and technology, promoting healthy competition and intellectual engagement.
Physical agility and strategic thinking are equally celebrated during the orientation to demonstrate teamwork, endurance and problem-solving abilities. Culturally, the program celebrated artistic talents through dance and singing performances, providing a platform for students to showcase their creativity and build confidence.
Guided visits to local sites of historical and cultural importance were incorporated into the itinerary to ignite deeper connections with the surroundings for students.
Aarambh 2025 is meticulously crafted to blend academic orientation with personal development, cultural immersion and physical wellness to embrace the educational journey of the newly joined students.
