The Management Club has organized the following activities during this academic year.
World Population Day was observed on 11th July 2017. Students of I Semester I-MBA presented a skit highlighting the ill effects of over population in the world. The play showcased the consequences of population explosion that included food and water shortage, war and social conflict and depletion of natural resources. Management Club coordinator, Mr. Ch. Satish Kumar, shared with the gathering the present world population situation and stressed upon the need to provide access to equal primary education for both girls and boys. The program was informative and knowledgeable for the students.
On this youthful occasion Management Club organized a debate on 13th August 2017 to discuss young people’s contributions to global issues in which students of MBA, MCA, I-MBA have participated and exchanged their views and their vision of youth.
World Post Day is celebrated each year on 9th October. On this occasion Management Club has conducted a Power Point Presentation Competition on 9th October, 2017.The students spoke about various innovations like Floating postal services , International Services, Philatelic museums, Indian Postal Flights, promotional activities of the Postal Departments and Postal Museums of not only in India but also of those all around the world.
On the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day (IACD), Management Club has conducted Essay Writing Competition on 29th December, 2017. The competition was conducted on the topics “Steps taken by Government to fight against Corruption” and “Government’s stand towards Anti –Corruption”.
