Ancient Indian scriptures honour this sacred act, recognising blood donation as a profound expression of dharma and humanity.
The NSS club is dedicated to nurturing the spirit of social service among students. Regular blood donation camps are part of the mission to cultivate kindness, empathy and a sense of civic duty. In collaboration with the Adavally Damodar Reddy Memorial Blood Centre, the NSS club organised a blood donation camp on 10th December 2025. The event witnessed huge participation from students, who embraced the opportunity to make a tangible difference in society, which ensured professional facilitation and safe donation procedures, making the drive both impactful and inspiring.
This blood donation drive was a manifestation of collective goodwill and the enduring human spirit. It echoed the ancient teachings that honour blood donation as a sacred act, reminding all participants of their vital role in building a compassionate and healthy society. Around 75 units of blood is donated to the trust to help the needy.
