Agenda:

  • To review the action initiated on the resolutions taken in the earlier meeting.
  • To discuss on certificate programs and training programs conducted in the month of April
  • To discuss about the renewal of MOU with Yi
  • To discuss about the Annual Day celebrations

 

Discussions:

  • The meeting commenced with the presentation of action taken report for the month of March by IQAC Coordinator Dr. P. Hima Jagathi. She informed that as a part of certificate programs a Workshop on Network Security tools & Best Practices for MCA students for 6 weeks from 14th March 2019 to 25 April 2019 has been initiated.
  • The Chairperson Dr. M. Madhavi initiated with the discussion of Annual Day celebrations. All the cell members have discussed to organize annual day Anubhuti 2019 in the first week of next month.
  • Mr.Ch Satish kumar and Ms. P. Saritha have informed the cell members that the student feedback has been collected on curriculum implementation for MBA and MCA courses. They informed the cell members that the students have given very good feedback on the curriculum implementation. They also informed the cell embers that the preparation of Handbook was initiated for MBA and MCA.
  • Mr. Ch. Satish Kumar has informed the members that an orientation program on specializations and awareness program on Internship Opportunities were conducted for MBA 1st year students on 4th April 2019.
  • Ms P. Saritha informed that the department of Computer Applications has organized a training program on C language. She also discussed about the celebrations of Worlds Mothers Day to be organized in the month of May. The cell members have advised to conduct collage competitions for students.
  • Mr. G. M. Josh, highlighted the importance of Research and Development of the faculty and the cell members have decided to encourage the faculty for producing more research articles and to encourage students to do internships to get practical exposure.
  • Dr. Md. Layaq Ahmed informed the cell members that the institution has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 4th April, 2019 with Young Indians (Yi)-Yuva, Hyderabad Chapter an integral part of the Confederation of Industry(CII) for the year 2019-20 to engage the students in various initiatives of Yi.
  • Mr. G. Naresh, advised to organize the National Technology Day on 11th May 2019 by conducting various competitions for the students.
  • The cell members have emphasized on organizing an activity to be conducted to create awareness on spread the message of peace and harmony.

 

Resolutions:

  • It is resolved to organize annual day celebrations in the first week of May
  • It is decided to organize World Mothers Day on 12th May 2019
  • It is resolved to encourage the faculty for more research
  • It is resolved to encourage students to do internships
  • It is resolved to organize National Technology Day on 11th May 2019
  • It is resolved to conduct an activity on Worlds Anti Terrorism Day in the next month

The meeting concluded with Vote of thanks proposed by IQAC Coordinator.
