The Institute aims to help students to reach their potential through the provision of a supportive, vibrant and challenging learning environment. Learning outcomes are made aware for students by respective departments. The course outcomes are assessed through evaluation of assignments, internal exams and external examination. Course assessments are done by getting feedback by respective subject teachers and learning gap is identified. Accordingly, guest lectures are planned.
At the beginning of the course, in the orientation sessions the students are clearly informed about the PO’s and PSO’s from each course. They are also communicated in detail through students handbook provided to students at the beginning of each semester. And the students are also made aware of the inputs needed by them to achieve these outcomes.
The institution seeks to achieve PO‘s, PSO’s by giving training for the students in communication skills, soft skills, aptitude skills, analytical skills, technical skills and personality development programs by using the in-house faculty and external experts. Team based projects and practice of ethics during the course of study develops a sense of social responsibility.
Every semester the Academic Committee reviews the status of PO‘s, PSO’s, CO’s compared to the teaching methodology .A record of their performance in all the fields, academic as well as extra-curricular is maintained. The students, who bring laurels to the institution, like in the academics, sports, extracurricular, or other similar areas, are duly rewarded.
